I knew she was an understanding and open hearted person just through texting cuz I had to switch my time to meet 3 times and I ask if I could bring my two toddlers cuz they were home sick from daycare and she had no problem with it. Very nice and welcoming. very helpful. I had questions that I felt like I probably sounded stupid for asking but Karla didn't talk down to me and was able to explain so I understand. I was very happy with karla
