She had me hired and set up before I even registered that I had a job thanks to her. She really made me feel like I had a chance in getting back out into the work force. It was and is really cool. I really appreciate what she did and is doing for me.

Amy is a very knowledgeable and professional recruiter. She was swift in finding me adequate employment, although the job wasn't exactly what I was looking for, I wholeheartedly excepted a position of lesser interest. Due to my recent move I had some unavoidable business to tend to and at no fault of Amy's I was unable to pursue the position at the time. I applied for a Class A driver/Mechanic position on Indeed through Arch Staffing. I had just gotten my CDL recently and was not much of a mechanic. So I called Amy to ask more about the position and to explain my apprehension. She went out of the way to call the client and ask if they would be willing to interview me. She was supportive of me from the start. She reached back out to me quicker than I had thought being that I contacted her on the Friday before a Holiday, telling me they wanted to do an interview. The position was direct hire but she still wanted me to let her know what happened. I interviewed within the next couple days and was hired an hour later. Amy was almost more excited for me than me! She really built me up and made me feel like I was making a good decision. Amy was friendly, quick and precise. I really enjoyed talking and working with Amy to get the position I wanted.
