You need better processes for invoicing with large clients - in our organization recruitment manages applicant selection, a manager approves timesheets, and we request invoices be sent to the appropriate manager or accounts payable contact - but they keep getting sent to recruitment. This causes delays in payment and frustration for us when your team keep following up with recruitment on outstanding invoices, which they have no authority to approve.
