About Deborah Dodd:

I had applied to a job role, and although the client had not gone along with me, when Deborah saw another role, with a different title, she reached out to me. She had reviewed my resume, and recognized that I had carried out similar responsibilities and had transferrable skills. She put me forward even without Canadian experience, and she was supportive throughout the hiring interview process.
