We have been a little hit and miss on the bi-weekly checkins (everyone not just Aplin). I think just an update email weekly so we don't have too much time pass between conversations would be a good addition. So far the process is going well.

Allie is great, any low scores are simply due to the nature of the question. For example, it’s not that I wouldn’t recommend her because she isn’t good at her job, I wouldn’t recommend her because I’ve never recommended a supervisor to someone before.
