I was very hesitant to work with a recruiter, however, as soon as Allie reached out I was happy I took the chance. Once Allie and I had our one on one virtual meeting I was confident that I was working with someone that understood what I was looking for, the obstacles that I had been facing, and the current climate in the industry.
