One of the biggest things I appreciated about Stacey was that she kept me updated on what was going on, even if nothing was going on. I didn't have to sit and wonder why I wasn't hearing anything for a few days. She would let me know that she hadn't heard back from the employer either at certain points. I also felt that I could be completely honest with her on how I felt at certain times during the interview process, whether it was positive or negative.
