Victoria is the most helpful, funny, easy to talk to, and caring person I dealt with in this industry. I been in this industry for 20 years and worked with other agency before but I don’t feel like the company is looking out for me until I meet Victoria. During my phone interview she told me to calm down and just brag about my experience and tell her what is my perfect job. Then she was being funny and honest and said that she doesn’t have a perfect job for me but she will take care of all my needs in the job and she will support me all the way. Victoria has gone out of her way to help me starting from all my travel to work, my work gear, and tools. She also made herself available after hours to answer all my questions. I would refer Victoria to all my friends and people I work with because I trust her.

In a sometimes unfriendly, unloyal, dishonest industry/world , Victoria was a breath of fresh. Her professional yet personal approach to recruiting and then supporting her workers is second to none, I’ve dealt with several agencies in my career, so trusts , i know, and they could all learn a thing or ten from her . Without giving specific examples , Victoria goes over and above what is expected from a recruiter, and I hope to have a very long and good standing working relationship with her and David Aplin . She is well respected and spoken about in the highest regard by everyone I’ve met on this current job she got me. David Aplin is lucky to have her and I’m lucky I got to work for her. 15 out of 10 if I could give it . First class lady in every sense of the word .

She is great! I've never dealt with someone that was so on top of things as Victoria. Any question i would have no matter how small, she was very prompt to answer it in a timely manner and with clear responses. This is my first time working for Aplin, however i have heard of Victoria years ago from Aplin employees i've worked with in the past and they all praise her name. I knew when she contacted me about employment that i was in good hands. I appreciate everything she has done for me so far and know i can count on her for anything i may need in the future.
