About Sushant Shah:

Sushant was very professional and cognizant of the criteria which was involved within the process. Absolutely nothing was convoluted about his proceedings. Best recruitment experience, I typically do not like recruiters given past experience but this process was different.

About Sushant Shah:

Sushant was very positive and always kept me in the loop to the best of his abilities even though my employer could be on and off with their contact. I think he went above and beyond in his role as a recruiter.

About Sushant Shah:

My experience with Sushant was excellent. He is very professional. He knows when to push for something and when to hold back. His communication was on point and always quick to follow up. I was very impressed that he reached out on my first day to see how I was doing. I was a bit hesitant to make a career change but Sushant showed great patience in letting me go through the emotional rollercoaster of quitting my previous job of 10 years and making sure that every last detail was covered in my new position. Thank you Aplin and Sushant!
