As someone with recruitment experience, I have certain “standards” and expectations of my experience, in line with my own level of service, that are rarely met by recruiters helping me in my search. Except with Maria.
Maria offers consistent service, come rain or shine. She answers the phone with a smile on her face. Every. Single. Time.
She works fast and provides constant updates - including the emails saying “I haven’t heard back, will let you know when I do!”
When she believes in someone she doesn’t give up. She genuinely cares about candidates and the business acquiring a new hire, always aiming to manage a long-term fit. She doesn’t rush to close a deal by throwing whatever might stick — at applicants or employers.
