Maria is a good recruiter. She’s dedicated, listens and genuinely cares about her clients. The only criticism I have is her frequency of contact. I found that Maria called me too often. Being that I was still employed, taking personal phone calls during my search was not always possible. Email communication is more than enough, there’s no need to email, then call and leave a voicemail with identical content.
