Maria was there with me from the start - from the initial interview with her, resume review, up to hiring procedure with the employer, she was there and made sure I had all the information I needed. She guided me and gave me constructive feedback which I appreciate as it helped me get hired. She also, of course, made sure I will get the compensation and benefits I deserve. Rob was very accommodating. Rob was able to get me interviewed and eventually hired for the position. Unfortunately I had to decline the position since I had an offer with a 120% higher compensation package direct with a different company.
