About Victoria Kinakin-Liew:

I have worked with Victoria for years and I have absolutely no negative feed back. She is always there to help no mater the problem 24hrs a day. She always tries her best to help no matter how bad the situation is. During the fires in Fort McMurray my wife and son were trapped in a van for well over a week while I was in Nunavut working at agneko eagle. She did her absolute best to get my family and myself reunited as soon as possible. I love working with Victoria she has always been honest and direct which I really appreciate and no mater the problem she always resolves it quickly I am honoured to work with Victoria and Aplin I am proud to work for shuch a honest, trustworthy and family orientated company, as an employee it is great to feel appreciated and valued and that I why I stay with Aplin even after multiple job offers from elsewhere for more money. My only recommendation would be to set up a pension plan so people who plan on staying long term can plan for their retirement

Victoria is the best. Victoria is very caring and helpful. She asked me first about my life situation, what I want in a job, what exactly I am looking for. She took the time to get to know me before giving me work. When I got hired, she made sure I got what I need for work. When I had issues with flight delay she was available to help me even it was 11 at night. When I had the personal issue, she is a phone away even on weekends. When I was in Edmonton and I didn’t have enough for hotel deposit, the hotel only accept credit card she came to the hotel to pay for my deposit at night. No employer will ever be better than her. I am happy to experience big care from an employer before I retire. I can’t express my appreciation enough to this girl. She goes above and beyond. Everyone at the mine who knows her also have wonderful stories about her. Everyone said that Victoria does what she does, not because of her job. But it’s because she really care about people. Victoria you are an angel. Thank you for being kind hearted and helpful. I work for Aplin because of you. I hope your boss knows that you are the best.

Racheal was so dedicated to ensuring I found employment, she took her time to check up on me after my holiday to verify whether I was will searching for employment and passionately explained the requirements for each role she presented me for. She completely understands my long term career plans and reminds me to align my actions now towards my future goals. I have recommended her to a few friends because I have never come across someone so interested in my interests and because she is superb at what she does of course.
