In a sometimes unfriendly, unloyal, dishonest industry/world , Victoria was a breath of fresh. Her professional yet personal approach to recruiting and then supporting her workers is second to none, I’ve dealt with several agencies in my career, so trusts , i know, and they could all learn a thing or ten from her . Without giving specific examples , Victoria goes over and above what is expected from a recruiter, and I hope to have a very long and good standing working relationship with her and David Aplin . She is well respected and spoken about in the highest regard by everyone I’ve met on this current job she got me. David Aplin is lucky to have her and I’m lucky I got to work for her. 15 out of 10 if I could give it . First class lady in every sense of the word .

She is great! I've never dealt with someone that was so on top of things as Victoria. This is my first time working for Aplin, however i have heard of Victoria years ago from Aplin employees i've worked with in the past and they all praise her name.
