Liza Antonas

Liza has 20+ years of experience within the Staffing and Recruiting industry. Her career spans placement of both temporary and Executive level permanent placement across multiple spaces, including IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Administration. Her experience spans multiple industries including the Printing/Packaging industry, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and more.

Liza believes that making the best match requires both the expert use of technological tools available and very strong communication with both the client and candidate to ensure that the match is a win-win placement. Communication is key and can save both the client and the candidate time and money. Serving people and her community is an important driver for Liza.

Liza graduated from High Point University with a B.S. in Business Management in High Point, NC. She was born in Japan on an American Air Force Base and has lived in El Salvador, and traveled to many states across the US. She settled in NC when her father retired from the air force and feels that her travels have helped her to connect with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds
