About Abby McLaughlin:

I had trouble with finding my location , although it was emailed to me, it was inside of a medical building that we both were not aware of, and although she is not from Los Angeles and has no knowledge about where I was or where I needed to go, she assisted me every step of the way and also followed up with me to make sure I found it.
