Hey, I'm Kaylene!

I believe that life is better when you're laughing, so here's a joke:
What do a nurse and a wood frog have in common? They can both hold their bladder for a really long time! ;)

I graduated from Seton Hill University in 2021, where I received my Bachelor's of Science in Biology. (Explains the cringy sense of humor, right?) As a retired college athlete, I have recently been enjoying playing golf with my family and friends.

Why I love to recruit
I love forming long-term relationships with my nurses and seeing them succeed in their roles. Making my nurses feel understood and valued allows them to provide the best possible care to all of their patients.

When I'm not working I like to
spend time outdoors with activities like hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking.

I travel in a role that has limited positions available. Because of that, I have to work with several agencies. Kaylene has ALWAYS checked in with me and works hard to find positions that would suit me. I think we may be able to lock one down this time! Her follow up is awesome and I always pick up the phone when she calls...if I'm not sleeping in another time zone:)
