This is a full time position with the possibility of becoming permanent at the end of your assignment. An absolute GREAT opportunity for the right candidate! Location: remote - MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE!!  Hours: 830am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday  License: Must have a state license as a Pharmacy Technician and it needs to be up to date! We will not reach out if you are not registered.  Pay: $19-20/hr depending on experience  Start date: May 1st - May 7th Must have phone/ call experience.   

Responsibilities:

• Telephonic outreach to patients to obtain medication information, including but not limited to post discharge, hypertension and diabetes.

• Lead PAP Program

• Engage with internal and external business entities to coordinate all patient-related needs, such as assisting patients with refills and/or medication delivery.
