One of our major clients in Cary, NC is looking for a floater medical assistant to work at a well renowned OBGYN medical office. As a floater, the responsibilities are all the same - the float position requires the MA to learn all providers and procedures as she will be the backup for vacations and call outs.  The main location is in Cary, unless a situation arises where an MA is needed in the Morrisville office, which is about 20 min away from the Cary office. When a physician does not need their assistance that day, that is when they will be working the nurse schedule, which are occasional injections and blood pressure checks, and helping the other medical assistants with their pt messages, calling lab results, working on prior authorizations and following up on referrals.   Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:45 - 5:00 and Fridays are 7:45 - 1:00 Pay: $20/hr based on experience  TEMP TO HIRE Need to be either RMA or CMA-aka completed a program and graduated #RXTEM

• Phase 1: You'll oversee a technician in the mixing of oncology infusion and bio-hazardous chemo medications.

Schedule: 

• Phase 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients to obtain necessary information for order entry.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information at all times.
• Assist with other pharmacy tasks as needed, including inventory management and customer service.

Pay: $18-$20/hr based on experience

Schedule -M-F 12am-8am schedule (overnight shift)

Licensing required - OH Pharmacy Technician State license required. PTCB or NHA would be a plus
