Job Description: 

As a Staff Pharmacist, your role is crucial in providing exceptional pharmacy services to our patients and partner organizations, reporting directly to the Pharmacist-in-Charge/Pharmacy Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Upholding security and privacy protocols for protected health information (PHI) in accordance with federal and state HIPAA regulations.
• Updating and managing patient profile records as per state pharmacy regulations.
• Adhering to all state and federal pharmacy regulations concerning the ordering, handling, and management of prescriptions and/or prescription drug products.
• Active participation in pharmacy team meetings.
• Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures to drive quality efforts.
• Compliance with state and pharmacy regulations outlined by the Arizona State of Pharmacy and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
• Maintaining a hygienic work environment as per FDA regulations.
• Providing an exemplary pharmacy experience for all patients.
• Conducting pharmacist duties such as drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and dispensing activities.
• Dispensing medications accurately, including interpretation, labeling, and product selection of prescriptions.
• Overseeing technicians' workflow, verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals, and ensuring accurate order entries, charges, and inspections.
• Supervising the work of support personnel and ensuring infection-control protocols are followed.
• Contributing to team efforts and accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Must have requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in closed door pharmacies is preferred
• Must have active AZ RPH license

Schedule- Three 12s-Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Overnights from 6p-6:30a

Pay Ranges- $62/hr base pay, $5/hr shift differential for working overnights

One of our major clients in Cary, NC is looking for a floater medical assistant to work at a well renowned OBGYN medical office. As a floater, the responsibilities are all the same - the float position requires the MA to learn all providers and procedures as she will be the backup for vacations and call outs.  The main location is in Cary, unless a situation arises where an MA is needed in the Morrisville office, which is about 20 min away from the Cary office. Specific Job Duties:

• Phase 1: You'll oversee a technician in the mixing of oncology infusion and bio-hazardous chemo medications.

Schedule:

• Phase 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
