About Justin Smith:

Justin did great. My complaint isn’t about him, it’s about Alliance’s policy. I shouldn’t have to opt out of insurance that I didn’t want in the first place. Also, why should I pay a fee to work for a staffing agency when you get paid a few dollars an hour already by the employer??? I’ve never had to pay a fee to any staffing agency except this one. You should fix these things asap, they are not common practice and are a blatant rip off for the people who are contracting with you.
