I am pleased to say that my personal experience with this organization in a whole not only my relationship with Zack has been nothing but positive. The staff geĵnuinely tries to place you in a environment that will elevated you to seek permanent rewarding employment from their clients that are looking for someone for longevity. The referral program they have didn't quite out fir me I referred my friend three months ago he'd successfully still working for the Alliance and is on his way to being hire in I haven't received my referral bonus of 200.00 as of yet. That was my experience with the referral program other than that the staff is very helpful.
