ASG Skilled has partnered with a local company within the Metal Fabrication industry looking for a skilled Press Operator

The Press Operator job in Youngstown, OH is responsible for understanding the process of Metal Stamping. This is a full-time position.     Press Operator Qualifications: 

• High School Graduate/Technical Degree/Bachelor’s Degree  
• 1 Year of experience   

Press Operator Required Skills: 

• Set presses, tapers and machines.
• Load sheet metal onto the presses
• Load stamping dies onto the presses
• Inspect products for quality assurance
• Use precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to ensure products are made to specification
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment
• Assist operators as needed

Press Operator Schedule: 

• 1st Shift 7am to 3:30pm

Press Operator Pay Rate: $17.50
