This facility uses state-of-the-art equipment, PLC controls, quick-change tooling, and automated production systems to produce high-quality near-net hot forgings at competitive prices.

We are currently hiring Foundry General Laborers to join their growing team in Streetsboro, OH. If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to start right away — we want to hear from you!

Foundry General Laborer Pay:

• Starting pay: $21.00/hr
  • (Training rate: $19.00/hr for the first two weeks on 1st shift)
• Referral bonus: $100 per person after 30 days (unlimited opportunity)

Foundry General Laborer Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm (training)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am
• Overtime may be required

Foundry General Laborers Job Duties:

• Operate forge press as part of a 3–4 person team
• Set up and operate forge and trim presses
• Operate supporting equipment and related processes
• Clean, organize, and maintain work areas
• Visually inspect parts for accuracy and quality

Foundry General Laborers Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of industrial or mechanical experience preferred
• Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to identify functional and cosmetic defects
• Able to work in a hot, noisy environment
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
