Alliance Industrial Solutions is partnered with a metal parts manufacturer located in Aurora, OH. We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible to operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with production standards.
Machine Operator Shifts/Pay: Four 10s!!
- 1st Shift 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday $18/hr+
- 2nd Shift 4:30pm - 3:00am Monday-Thursday $18/hr+
- Overtime: Voluntary and some mandatory on Fridays (8 hours)
Requirements (Skills/Qualifications/Education):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Math Skills

Blueprint reading
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines
- Produce assigned products with verbal and written instructions
- Inspect parts and equipment
- Perform all other duties as assigned
