We are urgently hiring a Bilingual (English, Spanish) Reach Truck Operator / Forklift Operator for a warehouse position in Youngsville, NC. This role offers steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a clean, safety-focused warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating a reach truck, cherry picker, sit-down forklift, or stand-up forklift and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Safely operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, sit-down forklifts, and stand-up forklifts

• Move products, materials, and inventory throughout the warehouse

• Use a Warehouse Management System, or WMS, to complete inventory transactions

• Verify orders, logistics paperwork, and shipment accuracy

• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Report safety concerns immediately

• Identify and resolve basic warehouse operational issues

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

• Bilingual (English, Spanish)

• At least 6 months of reach truck or cherry picker experience

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must have anti-static steel toe boots

• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift

• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, heat, and moderate noise levels

• Sit-down or stand-up forklift experience

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification

• WMS or inventory system experience

• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving experience

• Competitive pay at $21.00/hour

• Monday–Friday day shift schedule
