What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for

• Coordinating daily warehouse operations, including Receiving, Fulfillment, and Project work
• Planning and sequencing work to maximize productivity and meet deadlines
• Confirming inventory, materials, and documentation are prepared before work begins
• Providing daily guidance, coaching, and accountability for warehouse staff
• Managing staffing levels and adjusting coverage as needed for workflow changes
• Monitoring performance, conducting check-ins, and supporting employee development
• Investigating operational issues, discrepancies, and errors with root cause analysis
• Generating KPI reports and using data to guide improvements
• Leading warehouse projects from planning through completion
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization standards throughout the facility
