Job Title: TIG Welder

What You’ll Do:
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for setting up and operating TIG welding equipment to join thin-gauge stainless steel and aluminum sheets. You will meticulously prepare materials, follow safety procedures, and adhere to quality standards. Your attention to detail will help maintain the company’s reputation for excellence. Additionally, you will troubleshoot welding issues, document work completed, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of TIG welding experience, specifically with stainless steel and aluminum sheet metal. You should be comfortable working with thin gauges (14g and 16g), have a strong understanding of welding techniques, and possess a high level of craftsmanship. Certification in TIG welding is a plus. Personal qualities like reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
