Joanna especially was very friendly and welcoming, as well as everybody else I was in contact with at the office. All the questions I had where answered promptly and professionally and everything that needed completed was presented plainly and quickly completed. The only complaint I have was having to take three different drug tests. That was kind of frustrating.
