Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a global leader in the design, manufacture, and lifecycle management of technologies that clean the air of harmful pollutants and carbon dioxide (CO2) linked to climate change.  We are looking for Production Associates ASAP!  This is a full time job located in Durham, NC Pay: $19/hr Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Mon–Fri) 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. (Sun–Thurs) Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. (2-2-3)  Overtime may be required. Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate equipment and assemble materials according to specifications
  • Accurately measure, mix, and apply chemicals; handle and transport materials
  • Inspect solutions, materials, and final products for quality and compliance
  • Maintain proper handling of raw materials and finished products to avoid damage
  • Document and record process data accurately
  • Communicate issues or abnormalities to supervisors in a timely manner
  • Follow detailed production processes that may include:
  • Mixing raw materials
  • Operating extrusion equipment
  • Place carts with honeycomb catalysts in ovens, monitor temperature, and humidity, making necessary adjustments, remove catalysts once complete
  • Handling honeycomb catalysts through preparation, chemical activation, and finishing
  • Cutting and assembling product into modules
  • Using forklifts and overhead cranes safely
Qualifications:
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork
  • Good math, reading, and communication skills
  • Industrial or manufacturing experience
  • Forklift experience a plus
Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to mechanical noise and dusty/raw materials
  • Temperature fluctuations from warm to cold
  • Physically active, hands-on role in a production environment
