My name is Esmeralda (Esmi) and I have been recruiting for three years now. My background was in hospitality and then moved to recruitment. I have a German Shepherd, Lilly, who I adore more than anything. I live in New York City and love my life here. I am originally from Texas. I am also bilingual. I love to travel, do yoga, hike, and dance. I consider myself a social butterfly and love to talk to people. I hope to be given the shot at being your recruiter!

Why I love to recruit
My favorite part about recruiting is building relationships with my nurses. I want my nurses to always feel they can count on me. I enjoy hearing about their experiences at every assignment, and about their life in general.

When I'm not working I like to
When I am not working I like to do a variety of activities which include yoga, hiking, traveling, snowboarding, dancing, and just being with friends/family. I do not consider myself a homebody. You can always count on me to want to do something when I am off work.

It's joyful working with Esmeralda! She's excellent recruiter. We had couple contracts completed together. She's very detail oriented, understanding, flexible and very easy approachable. She's a go getter and excellent in getting contracts. Any issues or questions arise she responds in a timely manner.I recommended her to nurses I saw at the job sites and will continue to do so 😊
