Esmeralda and I didn’t exactly start on the right foot because I can be somewhat difficult to deal with. My previous recruiter took another job so she was the replacement. I was having a difficult time with my employer at the time. Esmeralda took time to listen to me “vent” and then calmed me down, promising to follow up on the problem.
