I have worked with many recruiters over the years and I can say Kaelynn is exemplary. She is always so friendly, quick to respond to inquiries and requests so i never feel out of the loop. To me, these are such great and important qualities in a recruiter. I have referred many friends to Kaelynn and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

She goes above and beyond, is invested in - not just you as a ”travel nurse” or a “contract”, but goes the extra mile always and most importantly (to me) genuinely. Any concerns….payroll, staff, facility, time, personal - even, she is on it and remains. Multiple contracts with her now, almost a year, and wouldn’t trade her for the world because you will go back and for the reasons I just told you. Hard to find a genuine, invested person…we are all here for a living, yes, but as nurses we know that this is second to our passion of truly helping and caring for others! I would say more than that for her as a recruiter/person/all above, takes special people.
