Right now it is a new relationship. I am very hopeful that this will be a long relationship with open communication and transparency on each others part. I have been traveling as a nurse for over 10 years now and have met a lot of recruiters that drop off the radar and I have a hard time getting a response back. Rick is a great recruiter. He is on top of things to find the best contract for his nurses. When there are issues on an assignment/contract Rick is supportive and understanding.of his nurses and the situation. I send Rick nurses, not to get the referral but because I know he will take care of them as he does me.
