I have worked with Chris for a few years and he is always amazing at finding just what I’m looking for in a contract. Throughout the contract he always stays in touch, checks up on me to see how things are going, and if there is every any problem he is quick to resolve it. About Chris Ballay:

Chris has made such a positive impact throughout the entire process of gaining a contract. This is my fifth agency to work with, but Chris has been the recruiter I have worked with the longest. I’ve stayed with Advantage because Chris has gone above and beyond to not only make sure everything is going well on a current contract, but is also always sending me multiple job opportunities to best suit my needs in between contracts. 10/10 recommend him for any employment/contract needs.
