Chris has made himself very accessible and he is always prompt on getting the help needed for my assignments. He has always listened to issues that I have encountered while onboarding at certain facilities. He makes me feel valued and part of his family. I would recommend him to any nurse who is considering traveling.

During the application and onboarding processes, Chris was very informative and helpful. He kept me moving towards completion of tasks without being pushy, which I found to be a relief, as other company recruiters have been very pushy. Chris has been very good about checking in and reminding me of due dates, or even making sure that I sign up for benefits. Thanks Chris!

About Chris Ballay:

Chris has made such a positive impact throughout the entire process of gaining a contract. This is my fifth agency to work with, but Chris has been the recruiter I have worked with the longest. I’ve stayed with Advantage because Chris has gone above and beyond to not only make sure everything is going well on a current contract, but is also always sending me multiple job opportunities to best suit my needs in between contracts. 10/10 recommend him for any employment/contract needs.
