Ariel did a great job from the start. He was quick to respond to my interest in the job posted on Vivian app (....like within seconds of me clicking "interested"). He answered all my questions that I had and he even went as far as to help me with my resume so that I would catch the eyes of a possible hiring manager. This action within itself gave me a positive first impression of Ariel and the company he represents. I would definitely refer my friends/coworkers to him and this company if their interest to travel were to arise.
