She is the best recruiter I have had thus far. She is transparent and even when the company I am with is not doing right, I can talk to her and she will ensure my needs are met. I affectionately call her my favorite recruiter because she is. She and the team at ADN are amazing. She made sure I do not have any losses. I work in Home Health and initially I was not getting got paid for my miles and she did not know. She never stopped until they paid all of it. I love me some her-yes, I meant to say it just like that. She is the best. I appreciate her help. She checks on me to make sure I am ok. There is a lot that is not given to nurses and we are often undervalued, so when you find a recruiter or company that values you and your efforts, it is gold. She is worth more than gold for me.
