Unlike a lot of agency recruiters, I have never been in Sales. Before becoming a Recruiter, I was a Certified Career Coach and a Social Worker before that. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Helping people is my jam! If you are starting to think about exploring opportunities or you are in the midst of a job search, I would love to chat. About Bonnie Elton:

Bonnie was amazing. She reached out to me with an opportunity that she thought might be a good fit and it happened to be the exact time I was contemplating looking for a new job. Bonnie helped talk me through the logistics of leaving my company and starting with a new one and gave good advice on switching industries. She helped me every step of the way with submitting my resume, first interview, second interview, and even a little pep talk as I was turning in my notice with my previous company. Overall, Bonnie is a really great recruiter and I would recommend anyone looking for a new opportunity to reach out to her!

About Bonnie Elton:

Navigating the search for a new job can be terrible - it's generally a slow process, there isn't enough communication, there is a lot of nerve-wracking waiting, etc. My experience with Bonnie for a particular opportunity a couple months ago was the exact opposite of the norm...she told me what to expect at each step, she communicated proactively with me, she took the time to prep me with what she knew about each person I'd be speaking with during the interview process, etc. The value that Bonnie provides is heads and tails above the service you get working directly with a company's HR team. While I ultimately did not land the job, it was not for lack of Bonnie and her team advocating for me the entire way. Highly recommend connecting with her in your job search!
