Kristy went above and beyond to assist me as I have been continuing to navigate this job market. She offered to let me stop by the office so she could review and provide feedback on my resume which was a level of service I had never been offered by another recruiter before. It communicated to me that she genuinely cared. My only other feedback would be to please continue to work with me on other opportunities outside of my current industry, as it is an industry I am trying to branch out from. CJ contacted me after I responded to a job posting and he asked relevant questions about my experience and skills to verify I was a good fit for the role. He also described the opportunity and what the company was looking for and gave me a timeline on the process.
CJ submitted me to the client and highlighted my experience in relation to what they needed and I was able to secure an interview. I have not had the interview yet but it is in the process of being scheduled and the turnaround time has been very quick.
