Why I love recruiting...
That feeling of satisfaction when you know you've made a positive impact on someone's life.
Emma really took her time to understand what I was looking for. She always reached out with opportunities that could be a good fit for me. Most recruiters I worked with would only talk to a candidate about the first role they have and never reach out again, but Emma is completely the opposite. She really cares to find a good placement for all the candidates. Thank you Emma

I get contacted by recruiters a lot, and Emma by far has been the best of them. She made the whole process very easy for me and for my new employer, and the position she contacted about basically matches my skill set perfectly.
My experience with Emma has been exceptional! She's made my career transition easy and positive. She makes me feel as if I'm her #1 client as she's incredibly responsive. I recommend Emma for anyone looking for the best experience when working with a recruiter!
Emma is easy to work with and truly cares about what’s best for the candidate! She ensured I was well prepared for the interview and the following steps, even through resignation of current employment! Highly recommend her and the agency!
I've dealt with well over dozens of recruiting professionals. The placement, content and timeliness of Emma's emails and calls go a long way with keeping her clients feeling in-the-loop during the application/interviewing process. This is the approach that actually get's people promoted. (Hint).
