As a passionate recruiter that got their start in the retail industry more than 17 years ago, I thrive in a fast paced environment. As a hiring manager who was constantly battling turnover I knew I had to find some sort of resolution. That's when I decided to work towards my Masters in Human Resource Management. Gaining education as well as on the job experience helped me to realize HR is where my heart really is. I've held roles as a Human Resource Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner and know the importance of both sides working in a cohesive partnership to staff and unlock the power of real dream teams! As a Senior Recruiter that works a full desk, I get to spend my days building relationships with both candidates and clients. In doing so, I build lasting relationships that go beyond placing a candidate. My success is measured in the success of the candidates I place. Watching a candidate grow and flourish in their role and company has always excited me, so why not have a career in something that you are passionate about? I believe in helping my candidates find that fire within themselves and working with my clients to match ideal skillset for their roles with those candidates to form dynamic teams for their businesses to thrive.

Why I love to recruit
I've had a passion for helping people since I was a youngling. As a full desk recruiter I get the satisfaction from both a candidate receiving an offer for their dream job and a client finding their ideal candidate that will assist in taking their business to the next level. It's like reliving the offer for my dream job all over again, and trust me that feeling never gets old!

When I'm not working I like to
Spend time with my 4 dogs (teacup Pomeranian, pug/boxer mix, Beagle/Blue Heeler mix, Schnauzer/Shiatzu mix), travel (Mexico is my favorite), photography (I love taking pictures of family, friends, and nature. I've actually done a few sessions for engagements and weddings), Auctions (who doesn't love to find a diamond in the rough!
