Ashley Tallman is an absolute gem in the world of nursing recruiters. In my 8 years as a Registered Nurse, I’ve worked with many great recruiters, and Ashley truly stands out above the rest. She is incredibly professional, kind, and dedicated. What really sets her apart is her responsiveness. She replies promptly, even after hours, which is almost unheard of these days. Her work ethic is unmatched. She explains every detail clearly, listens attentively, and is always honest and transparent, which builds immediate trust.
