About James Lynch:

Overall, I think James is considerably better than average at his job. They’ve just been weeks that have transpired why I haven’t heard back from him after leaving messages. I found that to be disconcerting. Additionally, I think I was pressured into accepting this particular job in Montana at below the highest wage that I was pursuing. And because of the tedious repetitious, time-consuming nature of the questions being asked some of which are extremely private prying and investigative to the point of being unnecessary. I am losing enthusiasm for this process and consider considering withdrawing.

The process was smooth and easy with very minor “hiccups” like the contract verbiage being an issue on termination. However, this shouldn’t reflect Bailee. Again, she’s great and confident in her work. I appreciate her going the distance in my job acquisition.
