She worked very swiftly to contact my references and get my package submitted to the facility. Gave me a step-by-step synopsis of the process, such as to expect a phone call for my interview, and she kept me apprised of what the onboarding process would look like and to not be overwhelmed. She is very good at checking in to ensure I am on the right track.
