About Jack Huss:

I find Jack to be a very level headed, knowledgeable person who knows his stuff and explains the process of credentialing thoroughly. His patience knows no bounds when it comes to my questions about some things that I think are redundant or not even necessary to this credential process. Jack is a kind and patient person and I have never felt any kind of negativity from him. He calls when he says he will, follows up and the empathy he has is genuine. I know I am in competent hands with Jack. Love him!

We all get so much email that it is overwhelming and usually left unopened. Jack continued reaching out through emails that there was an opening for a dental hygiene position. One day I opened the link. And because he STATED the hourly wage, which was more than I had been working for, I contacted him. The pre-onboarding/credentialing process is long and boring. (I dispise and avoid "paperwork.") and this was during the 2024 end-of-year holidays, October through New Years. Everyone is extremely busy and as a temping hygienist, I was EXTREMELY BUSY and the last thing I wanted to do after a long day of work was more paperwork, but Jack was gentle, "hand-feed me" the different components I needed to complete and we got through it all. I am very grateful for Jack and his calm persistence. And he continues to check in on me. He is excellent!

This is my first assignment with Jack he seemed to be very knowledgeable experience helpful very kind and I hope and pray that he stays this way he is currently helping me with my first assignment he answers all of the questions that I've had in if he did not have the answer he finds out and let me know so far when I reach out to him by text email or phone calls if he's not available he does respond very quickly.
