Norma is awewome!! She has been very responsive from the very beginning. She is knowledgeable in answering any questions I have and has listened to my needs and wants as a traveler. This is my first assigment as a traveler and working with Norma and she has been a true blessing in ensuring that I am aware of what is needed to get me through to this process successfully.
