Learn more about how Great Recruiters is transforming the industry.
Ryan was respectful and professional during the process. I appreciated his willingness to work with me and understand my situation which was not the norm.
My suggestion would be to have the recruiter be the one that starts the process and carries it through to the final stage.
Example: in banking there is a personal banker who handles the clients complete portfolio. The client works with just that individual (the personal banker or recruiter, as is, in this case); all correspondence, emails, phone calls. This process was called One Bankism, aka private client banking, as it is known today.
Instead of having multiple emails from multiple individuals throughout the onboarding process.
It’s important to note expediting the process once an offer is made carries with it a “tyranny of the urgent”. Working with one individual throughout the process could be beneficial not only to the client but the recruiter and company as well.
Thank you Ryan for all of your time, your ability to be flexible and work with me, especially with the housing piece.
The opportunity was one to serve the Navajo IHS population, which holds a true honor and is most rewarding.
Ryan has been great and, from what I've heard from a former coworker who has also been working with him, he has treated her well also! He responds promptly to questions and requests. I like that I can text, call or email and he is there! Thanks, Ryan!
