Jason has been a blessing. I applied with 3 agencies that were new to me. I chose to stay with Jason because he was consistent with communication and concerned about my needs/wants. I have been traveling since before COVID and figured Jason had been in recruiting for years because I dealt with "Senior recruiters" that were not as personable and even though I explained my needs/wants they would just throw >5 jobs at me. I can scroll on a website. Jason personally called me and discussed the options and was realistic with start dates, replies, expectations, the area, etc. I won't use anyone else, I have found my lifetime recruiter! Jason has followed up every week and even if it's not "his job" he assists me when I have an issue. To have someone in your corner that listens to experiences at the facility because he genuinely is interested in your experience is RARE. I have already recommended him to other nurses; I VET him 100%!

Jason took the time to talk with me to understand who I am and what I was seeking in an assignment. Whenever something came up that might be a good fit he called me. I really feel he has my best interests at heart which is good. When I am successful with an assignment then Jason and AB Staffing also benefit.
