Ashley Tallman is an absolute gem in the world of nursing recruiters. In my 8 years as a Registered Nurse, I’ve worked with many great recruiters, and Ashley truly stands out above the rest. She is incredibly professional, kind, and dedicated. What really sets her apart is her responsiveness. She replies promptly, even after hours, which is almost unheard of these days. Her work ethic is unmatched. She explains every detail clearly, listens attentively, and is always honest and transparent, which builds immediate trust. Ashley brings a positive, upbeat attitude to every interaction that genuinely makes you want to work for her. She makes you feel supported and valued as a nurse, not just another contract. Although I wasn’t able to take an assignment with her this time due to personal reasons, I wouldn’t hesitate to do so in the future. She is someone you want in your corner. Hands down, Ashley is the best recruiter I’ve worked with, and that’s saying a lot considering how many wonderful ones I’ve known. AB Staffing Solutions is lucky to have her.
